CEV 16-18 year olds are currently in category 5-6, I forget which

16/17 yo are priority 6 if they have an underlying health condition.

They can have bioNtech vaccine.

AZ is not licensed for under 18's in this country (yet!)

I'm not sure why though - my teenagers haven't grown in the last couple years and are definitely physically closer to adults than children.

Israel have a deal with phyzer. They get supplies of vaccine in return for a vast amount of data and ongoing studies. They are ideally set up for this because of the way their health system works. I think we will all benefit from the knowledge gained.
