Once you heard someone you had been in contact with - albeit briefly - had been?

I caught it off my gran while she was dying on the covid ward. I spent 3 days there, full PPE but the PPE is absolutely dire so I knew I would be infected and I was. The kids caught it off me and that was pretty inevitable too.
