Are gardeners/landscapers allowed to come out and give quotes at the moment?

My garden is a bloody mess and has needed cutting back since we moved in 2 years ago, looking at it just makes me miserable.

Are gardeners allowed to come and give quotes during lockdown? I can't find information anywhere but would assume as they can't work from home it's allowed? We have an alleyway so they wouldn't need to come through the house

We had someone come and quote for a carpet so if thats allowed then outdoor work certainly would be.

Yes we had a quote a couple of weeks ago. The neighbours enjoyed having a good look at what I was up to!
