Can you lose your sense of taste but not smell?

Sorry if this has been asked before, I did try to google it but I couldn’t get an answer.

I baked some brownies today and they left a funny after taste in my mouth. Was messaging my sister about it and she joked about me having Corona. I then ate my lunch and I don’t think I could taste it but I could smell it.

Everything I’ve read says you lose your smell which affects your taste but I can still smell.

Has my sister got in my head and I’m imagining I’ve lost my taste or can you lose it without losing your sense of smell?

Its loss of, or change to sense of taste or smell. It is not necessarily both or a complete loss.
