If you have a Covid test recently, how long did the results take?

We had tests at a centre on Weds morning. Still no results. How long did others wait? We are desperate to go outside!

Not me personally but a work colleague had a test on Monday and got the result within 24hrs.

Still waiting from Tuesday afternoon ...

22 hours. I was very impressed.

I am liking the comments with v quick responses but not happy to hear some Tuesday tests still aren’t back!

I posted mine at 5pm on Wednesday, got the result by text at 10am on Thurs. V impressed and negative.

36 hours for mine

Mine was part of a trial, had no symptoms, so I was allowed out to post!

in Scotland and it was around 28hrs

26 hours, which I thought was very good - the test centre said it would be 48 ish.
Had the test just before the centre closed at 8pm, email the following day at 10pm.
sadly positive

clearly going to vary a lot depending whether at a test centre or postal.

Although the one I had in May (at a centre) that took nearly a week, so it does seem that systems are improving

Starting this thread was worth it. Our results came through! All negative. Off for an evening walk!
