Has anyone had gastro pain as an early symptom of Covid?

I read that it's possible. I've had gastro pain since Wed. I'm very tired. i'm wondering if it's Covid or a stomach upset

My dh had bad tummy with diarrhoea for few weeks and the doc said it could have been covid. Didn’t get a test though. This was in the summer of last year.
