Do you get Covid test results over the weekend?

I'm getting tested later and I was wondering if I'd get my results before I'm due in work on Monday. I know it could take a few days anyway but do they process them at the weekend?

Yes, my Uncle and BIL both received test results last Saturday.

yes, they are running 24/7. I've had results at 3am on a sunday appear. Last one I did took 4 days though, so monday might not work.
