Has a notification to isolate do I have to to? Also my two children work at the same place and were in the office together we believe it’s someone from there work who have just got a positive test. Only one has the notification though.

You don't have to unless they show symptoms later on.

When a dc had been told to self isolate from school it is just them personally not our household.. Assume same would apply at a work place...

No, you don’t have to isolate and unless your children definitely know that the person testing positive is in their office, then they may have to also isolate.

Well it’s the only person they can think of that the details match when the man got his positive test. They don’t use public transport and I’m the only one who goes to the supermarket. Ds1 had his phone off mainly that day would this affect him not getting the notification?

They do not have to isolate. Although there is nothing to stop them doing that voluntarily

One has the notification so he will be isolate. I personally think ds2 should to as he’s obviously been in contact with the person to.
