Dp works in an indoor environment where social distancing is not always possible. A few of his workmates have now tested positive for covid. Dp spoke to his manager who has said dp is ok to go to work tomorrow and they can clean the work place and use the proper ppe?

Is this normal or should dp now be isolating? His work are saying he has to go in as normal but dp worried about catching covid and bringing it home to me & dc.

If he spend more than 15 mins within 2m of any of the people that tested positive he needs to isolate for 10 days.

If he's a close contact he should be isolating for 10 days. I think it's close in the 2 days before symptoms of the person whose positive, not exactly sure what constitutes close contact though.

We are in Scotland if this makes any difference. Can anyone direct me to a link where I can read more on this and possibly screenshot it for dp to send to his work? I am going round and round in circles trying to find stuff on google
