Reduced sense of smell

I haven’t lost it completely, but it’s reduced. Should I be getting a test?

Yes. This happened to a family member and it came back positive

Also my ears are ringing and blocked and feels like I’ve got a head cold.

Yes get tested. These were my symptoms too. Reduced taste and smell to begin with and an annoying ear ringing and sinus type symptoms. Tested positive

@Count2three were your symptoms severe or mild if you don’t mind me asking?

@Heatheronthehill I tested positive with the symptoms you have listed. Never got any worse except completely loosing sense of smell after a couple of days reduced. HTH x

Yes very mild. Felt slightly cold one day, couldn't smell properly the next day. Test came back as positive.

No, you should visit your gran and then all your old and vulnerable neighbours Of course, get a test!

Yes and don’t mix with anyone outside of your own household until you get your result.

I felt rubbish for a few days but I’d say my illness was mild, overall. Symptoms disappeared within 2 weeks. Fatigue was the worst
