Anyone else had pain in old injuries?

We had Covid over Christmas, and other than the flu type symptoms, we all had pain in areas that we have previously had illnesses or injuries. This pain typically only lasts for 24-48 hours then goes completely, and in my case, different joints on different days.

For example, I had pain in my right knee which I had physio on 5 years ago, left ankle which I badly sprained about 10 years ago, and most surprising of all my right wrist which I broke 45 years ago. DD1 had pain in her foot that she broke 13 years ago, DD2 in her ankle which she broke 1 year ago. DH had pain in his kidneys and on urinating, he had kidney stones removed about 7 years ago.

I've not seen this mentioned anywhere and wondered if anyone else has experienced it?
