I keep looking on the vile rag that is the DM or switching on the Bbc/sky news and it's all down doom doom but I cant help myself!

Anyone else the same?

I deleted the BBC app so I didn't refresh it 500 times a day for some more doom.

I watch the iPlayer live for the headlines in the morning, important Boris announcements and Alexa reads me the news before I go to bed. Nothing inbetween. Its been quite as liberating as no longer caring about pretty much anything else except for my children being excluded from an education because Im not a keyworker while sticking to guidlines.

I work in a hospital too and its constant.

I've even begged the canteen staff to change the channel to bastard itvbe or comedy central for for a break from it.
