Can you recommend a frame to wear under your mask

I heard these are good to improve comfort when wearing a mask can anyone recommend what kind they use? Also do you use the ear protectors with it?

I bought some and they were rubbish. Sorry that's no help.
I have hearing aids and wear masks with elastic around the back of the head and they are much more comfortable than hooks behind the ears. I wear this kind even without hearing aids.
