Has anyone here tested negative on a lateral flow but positive on PCR

I work for the NHS and was sent home yesterday. I felt rubbish all morning just spaced out really and apparently I didn't look well. Also had a stinking headache but I put that down to stress.
No cough or anything.
They did my temp and it was 37.9 after paracetamol so they sent me home at lunchtime.
I did a lateral flow and it was negative.

Today my temp is 38 and I just feel shit. My eyes feel hot and I'm shattered but restless. I feel like it the tiredness that gets you at the beginning of pregnancy.
Work are sending out a pcr but as I've had a negative lateral I'm just wondering how many have tested negative on that and went on to test positive on pcr.

Have you not read any of the press on this? Loads of people test negative on LFT’s (especially at early stage infection) and positive on PCR. It’s an outrage that they are (or were) being relied upon for care home visits and nhs staff, and for avoidance of isolation for school kids.

I have yes but no nobody in RL who it has happened too
All of my colleagues have tested positive on both.
