How long would Coronavirus need to be in society for it not to be seen as a pandemic?

For example if there was still cases in 2025 , would it be a pandemic or would it be classed as an everyday virus?

It's already been downgraded from pandemic

It would switch to endemic at some point - when it bubbles away consistent (low-ish) background level, rather than producing huge waves across a population which is still largely vulnerable
