Ideas for keeping teenagers busy during lockdown (a.k.a. not stuck to their screens for the next 6 weeks or so!)

I have a 13 and 16 year old. Both doing their schoolwork (13 year old gets through his in about 3 hours and 16 year old 5 or 6 as she is in year 11 - whatever that means now!). Only one of them likes reading and he does a bit of that in the evening. DH and I are both working from home and running our business on the side which keeps us pretty busy but since we are basically stuck inside for most of the winter I am trying to help to DC come up with ideas/projects/fun things to keep them occupied. I don't mind them using their computers for a fair bit of the day but it would be good for them to have another focus and they are struggling to think of anything to do. Any ideas appreciated and hopefully will help other parents worried about their teens!

Cooking dinner for the family once a week
Board games

That’s about it!

Definitely helping out round the house and occasional cooking.

We also encourage music practice (including drums 😪), working out, reading, and we play board games, watch films and go walking as a family on evenings/weekends.

But there are a lot of screens, esp as this is how they have to "meet up" with friends now.
