I had booked a reindeer experience at a local farm but was told I had to self isolate due to a high temp and pending covid test. I contacted willow farm to let them know and we rearranged our visit. Sadly lockdown was announced so it had to be cancelled again and they are still refusing to refund me. They have now blocked me on Facebook because I asked for my money back so I can’t even get in contact to fight a refund!

How do I fight for a refund? Isn't this illegal due to the pandemic? They aren't answering the phones and now they've blocked me I'm so frustrated!
Sadly I paid straight out my bank and didnt use a credit card ☹️
