Wwyd - mental health and a baby

I have a 6 month old baby and I suffer with depression and anxiety. My husband is wfh but he can't help out with baby during the day so everyday I'm by myself, I've been doing this for 10 months now... March - June I was furloughed and then went into mat leave, then my baby was born in July so I've been by myself (not counting baby as she's not exactly adult company) during the days since March. This is really hard on my mental health. Dealing with a baby and just not having anyone else to talk to or anyone to help me is taking its toll. I know under the rules we're allowed a support bubble because we have a baby under 1 but the closest family is 3 hours away in Wales. Would you still form a bubble with them? They do not go out and have not been mixing at all.

Do you have any friends nearby you can bubble with? We don’t have family nearby and have done this, it lets me go somewhere else during the week with my baby whilst DH works and has been great. If not then yes I would bubble with a household in wakes, even seeing them the odd weekend would be better than not seeing anyone.

I do have a couple of friends but they're essential workers and I don't feel comfortable meeting them since they come into contact with people daily.
