To anyone waiting to vaccinate but hasn't received any vaccine to use

We all want vaccination to happen as quickly as possible and lots of people are speculating about why it isn't being done faster.
Can anyone with personal experience who is unable to deliver vaccine they want to deliver please give details of what the problems are.

According to this they had not put it (or not much of it) in vials before approval. But 2 million a week by mid January is not too far away.
