Are the unions only advising against primary schools being open?

I’ve read the unions’ statements online but it seems that they’re only advising members who work in primary schools not to go in as they’re currently unsafe. But what about the secondary schools?

Secondary schools are have a funny staggard start already with only exam years and vulnerable children in and others online until 18th Jan plus a mass testing thing happening.

Secondary are already mostly closed for 2 weeks whereas most primary schools are due back on Monday.
