Overwhelmed hospitals and staff vaccinations...

So I said ages ago, hospital staff should be vaccinated as the number 1 priority, because that should save most lives - as they should be more likely able to work.
I know they still do not know whether a "vaccinated" person can pass the virus on or not but does it actually matter? I mean Covid is rife in all London hospitals, for example, so they should just vaccinate all staff asap and stop them isolating further after the 2 week vaccinating period, surely that makes most sense?
