Official advice on how long to wait before TTC after receiving vaccine

Hi, I’ve been searching online for some official advice from the NHS or the U.K. government on how long women should wait after receiving the AstraZeneca vaccine before TTC/getting pregnant. I’ve read some unofficial comments from people online saying that because it’s the same type of vaccine as the flu vaccine, there’s no need to wait. Can anyone enlighten me or direct me to an official source? ☺️

They updated the guidance today (possibly yesterday, I've lost track...) and there's no reason to delay. It's also safe to be given to pregnant or breastfeeding women where they are at risk of catching covid.
