Has anyone's child been tested for covid antibodies?

Hi, i had covid at the start of december, we tested my 1.5 and 4 year old who had negative results. Based on the fact that we had such close contact I wonder if they have already had it. I am still experiencing side effects that I have never known with any other illness and suspect that there may be some pretty awful long term affects for lots of people so if my children have not had it I intend on pretty much isolating with them until the vaccine has been rolled out across the population. Has anyone paid for this test? Is there a minimum age? I don't want to put them through a blood test but figure it's fairly similar in terms of pain alto a vaccination.
