Loss of taste and smell

So I was routinely tested on 22nd Dec and had a lovely Christmas text 5am Christmas morning to say I was positive..my main symptom was excruciating lower backache and loss of taste and smell!! Can anyone identify with these symptoms?

Op sense of taste and smell is a huge common flag for covid. Did you not know this?

I had it too but very mild.

Yes, I had about two days with no taste/smell . Then about of week of hardly being able to taste or smell anything. Most recovered now.

Op, those are exactly the symptoms I had. I also had a terrible headache
