Quick question please. I tested positive on 1st september. Was mildly ill. Now have symptoms again and have booked a test this morning. Is it too soon to retest? Will it come back false positive if I only had it in September?

You can book another test with the NHS 90 days after having a positive, if you have symptoms. If your new test is positive, they will assume it's a new infection I think the longest anyone tested positive from an original infection is 82 days.

Thank you that's exactly what I needed to hear.
