Tier 4 and house hunting

I am due to leave my flat in January. Can I still go flat hunting to find somewhere to move to? Gong into lots of flats with an estate agent seems against the spirit of tier 4 but is also necessary of course.

The tier 4 guidelines on the gov.uk website specify:

Moving home

You can still move home. People outside your household or support bubble should not help with moving house unless absolutely necessary.

Estate and letting agents and removals firms can continue to work. If you are looking to move, you can go to property viewings.

Follow the national guidance on moving home safely, which includes advice on social distancing and wearing a face covering.

What about private landlords? Can they still show you round properties?

Ooh this is good to hear as my solicitor seemed nervous about tier 4 (hopefully about to exchange contracts!)

You can still view property with an agent providing you stick to the guidelines , ie mask and not touch anything etc
We are currently up for sale and had a viewing booked today , however I cancelled as we are now tier 4 and worried about others coming into our house even though we are outside and windows open it's too much of a risk for now , I think quite a few may have the same view too
