We are currently visiting family abroad (left before tier 4 restrictions) and plan to go back to England after New Year. What are the rules for us?

Some countries (not many) are still in the air travel 'corridor' but coming to the uk from most overseas destinations means you have to self-quarantine for 10 days.
I.e in your home if you live here normally.
There's a list of the exempt countries

Yes, there is a travel corridor for where we are, we live in UK normally so I suppose we should be allowed to come back home?
