I’m confused. I know the rules are constantly changing, however I was under the impression that only essential travel is allowed.
A friend is travelling from tier 3 to another tier 3 area on Monday. This is a social visit as she is visiting her brother and their family as they’ve just had a baby.
Is this allowed? Have the rules changed again in the last hour or so?
Also what does essential travel include?
