Has anyone heard what exercise we are allowed to do?

Just that really! It says nothing non essential, but expect exercise is allowed?

Yes, you can skip around your kitchen but you are NOT ALLOWED to do this in any other room of the house. This is law and will be policed so STAY THE FUCK IN YOUR KITCHEN YOU MURDERERS!

It is broadly the same as the november lockdown. So unlimited exercise outside.

You can do whatever you like outside as long as it's alone or with members of your household.

Says for tier 4 you can exercise outdoors with one other person.
