How far are you allowed to drive to go for a walk? Tier 4

So in previous lockdowns, they said you could drive to go for a walk, as long as you walked/exercised for longer than you drive. So is that still the case?? We will be in tier 4 - do you think a single person in tier 4 could drive 30 minutes and go on a walk with another single person (who is also in tier 4, just a different area)??

Yes that would be fine, as it was in full lock down last time.

They said to stay local, don’t know if 30 minutes is considered local.
