Can tier 2 travel through tier 4?

I’m in tier 2 and going away to another tier 2 area for a break...that’s still allowed I believe

If you're driving and not planning on stopping, you're not exactly going to catch any Covid during your Tier 4 transit time. Public transport is more of an issue though I guess. As what the actual rules are though....fuck knows.
