I don't really understand the rules, I've not been paying much attention to all the rules as I'm just staying at home anyway.

I live in a tier 2 area with my DP. Was planning to get the train to my DFs on Christmas Eve in the next city along which is also tier 2, see him for dinner then come home again.

Then my DM was going to come from the tier 2 next city along to our house for Christmas day lunch. She wants to go and see her DM who she's in a bubble with in the morning. Is this all allowed?

I'm 20 weeks pregnant and also having an operation in hospital on Monday and a small procedure on Wednesday. I've been trying to isolate but have had quite a few hospital trips in the past week.

Thanks in advance.

You can see your DM on Christmas Day and she can see her DM as they are in a bubble.

You can't see your father on Christmas Eve indoors. It's probably legal (guess law is not defined yet), though not advised (you should stay local) for you to see him outside.

Thank you @RedskyAtNight I thought that might be the case, such a shame as I've only seen him twice this year and it's my last Christmas before DC arrives! I'm glad my DM can still see her DM and that mine can still come here though. Thanks again
