Are test results taking longer at the moment?

On day 5 now and still nothing. They said it could take anything from 24 hours to 6 days, but should be within 72hrs.

It was a home test, received, tested and returned all on the same day, if that makes any difference.

Yes I think so. I’ve had weekly tests since end of May and so good experience of the time it takes and normally a get it back within 2-3 days at most.This week I posted it on Monday and just got text a couple of hours ago. Longest it’s ever taken for me.

Could be post that’s to blame rather than the testing centre

Home test sent back Monday still not heard anything, they sent a message Thursday to say it had been received but no results yet

Ah well at least it's not just me! I guess loads of people will be getting tested ahead of Christmas mixing.
