First bit of good news

I’m so happy right now. Just heard that my grandparents are both getting their first vaccine injections next week! They are both over 80 and I’ve been so worried about them. They haven’t met my baby, their great granddaughter yet and they will be so excited when they can. I finally feel that the end is in sight!

Aww that's lovely! So so pleased for you! I'm really looking forward to my parents (both in their 70s) being vaccinated. It's one less thing to worry about isnt it xxx

That’s great news. My stepdad is over 80 but not classed as vulnerable but he’s really anxious so I hope he gets his soon. He’s been so worried

Great news! Mine are in their 80s too, both have serious health issues so I'm hoping it will be soon. I also had a daughter this year that they have only met outside and haven't given her a cuddle. It's heartbreaking
