Would a no deal result in delaying the vaccines arriving here?

And I guess importantly mean those waiting fir the second dose being delayed?

Would that decrease the efficiency if there's more than 21 days between doses?

No, it won’t. Two reasons:-

  1. in this global pandemic, governments and border agencies are not going to hold up vaccines

2). If there are blockages at the channel ports, the military will be used to fly it in from Belgium. This has already been publicised.

OK, three reasons:

3). Most of what is administered here is going to be the Oxford vaccine, and that is made here.
