Hello
Bit of a random one, but we have to drive to London on Monday with our two kids (7 and 5) to go to the Spanish Consulate to renew our daughter's Spanish passport and then to go to a pharmacy near Victoria to pick up a private Covid test which we've booked.
We'll also need to get lunch while we're there so I'm assuming we'll be a good 2-3 hours plus our journey time (best part of an hour each way).
Am slightly panicking now at the prospect of London going into Tier 3 and what we'll do about toilet visits if eateries are all shut other than for take outs. Can anyone tell me, please, if the likes of Pret/Costa/McDs etc are likely still to allow take out customers to use their toilets or do they close access completely? I'm assuming it will be similar to the November lockdown.
Or if anyone can recommend any public toilet options which may still be open around Chelsea/Sloane Square/Kings Road (Consulate is a few streets north) or Victoria that would be much appreciated!
I would pretend it's all about the kids but honestly it's me and my walnut-sized bladder that is of most concern! Thanks in advance.
