I'm a teacher in FE. Taught a few lessons online now and I'm isolating so will be teaching online again this week.
Some of my students are loving it, some not so much. Currently I'm doing:
Teach the lesson over Teams via ppt shared on the screen and me blabbering on over it
Every few slides there are questions for them to do with allocated time
They inbox me queries, .ethos to check etc
Assignments set on Teams that matches the lesson to complete during the week
Resources are stored on Teams so they can revisit
First twenty mins re-caps previous session (3 hour lessons)
What's your college doing? What else could I try?
