Covid jab and id

Hi have any of you have the vaccine yet and did you need to produce id. I have letter from employer, my nhs number but have no photo id that is in date, i don't drive and my passport is expired.
Can i use my birth cert, i have recently divorced and have been changing my name.

Any of you that have had the jab need photo id, and did any of you not have any.

Hi, our doctors did suggest that ID would be needed in case someone else tries to get the jab.
