Both myself and my toddler contracted covid last weds from a work colleague who we gave a lift to. We have almost finished our 10 day isolation but I am now so anxious about going back to work incase I pass it on to some one else. I work outside but I'm still terrified to go back as feel if anyone else gets it the finger will be pointed at me even though anyone could get it at any point.
We keep to social distancing and I will wear a mask.

Has anyone else felt this way

Do you have any symptoms OP?
More than likely you are no longer infectious.
Like you say you work outside, wear a mask and social distance.
Not much more you can do

They do say you can resume normal life (whatever that is atm) after your isolation as long as you have not got a temperature.
How are you feeling? Have you still got symptoms?

I had a minor cough and sore throat which have almost gone. Toddler had no symptoms at all. We got tested as soon as we had been in contact with her and found out.
Neither of us have had a temperature at any point.
