When will we run out of Pfizer vaccine

We have 800,000 doses apparently which should cover 400,000 people. It’s not clear to me when we would get more. If those does are handed out in batches of 975, each of which has to be used in 3 days, it seems we might use them all soon.

Anyone able to guess when that would be?

It was in some of the reporting yesterday that further doses (>1,000,000) are expected to be delivered next week

There are 50 hubs in place at the moment. Meaning 50x975 have been distributed this week. Then another 200 odd gp and hospital hubs go live next week (200+ 50) x 975.

This doesn’t take account of the full 4m due in December. I think Pfizer have confirmed at least another 2m will be supplied. Sounds like more than enough to be getting on with this side of Christmas.

I’m sure I read they’d done 5000 people yesterday. The pace will likely pick up but at that rate we’ll have more by the time they’ve got through them all.
