I think Royal Mail have lost my covid test

Did a home test yesterday morning at the request of the Zoe study, put it in the same priority postbox as I've used for all my other Zoe tests, but Royal Mail's website doesn't recognise the tracking code. It's normally tracking it from about 6pm the evening of posting. The NHS website won't let me order another home test, and I can't get to a testing site. Ho hum.

Do you have covid symptoms or is it a random Zoe test? If symptomatic, I believe that you can ring the number (is it 119?) to book a test, they should be able to over ride it

None of the three main ones, no, it's just Zoe being thorough.

Ah I am not sure if 119 will work then, I would give it a go though. Very frustrating for you!

Thanks, I'll give them a call once I've put dd to bed, see if there's anything they can do. It may just be an error at Royal Mail's end but I've never had a test not be trackable before.
