What happens if you are covid positive at the time you have the vaccine?

I'm just wondering about the amount of people that are asymptomatic. Will people need to have to have a negative test before having the vaccine. What happens if you have it at the time to the vaccination?

To be honest, not much - scientifically speaking the vaccine won't do very much if your body is already fighting the virus.

There wouldn't be any adverse effects though as your immune system would already be battling the virus
