Private tests that are from legitimate /reputable companies

Can any one advise if there is a private test that is somewhat approved by the gov..im thinking with the 'testing to release' travel test coming in there must be some companies that are more reputable. The google search brings up so many i dont know where to start.

The labs the companies buy the tests from will all be certified so it shouldn't matter who you choose.

Remember earlier in the year the government banned the sale of all antibody finger-prick tests because they weren't certified for at-home use?
