Test & Trace -How many days of contacts for a positive result?

We run a small business. One of our employees tested positive this morning. Thankfully, he is doing ok other than a cough. Hopefully his symptoms will remain mild.

Test & Trace haven't contacted us yet, but they will as my husband was working with him last week.

I expect that we will need to give them a list of clients that the employee has had contact with. How many days will they want to know? I just want to be ready when they call.

My husband is already isolating, even though he hasn't officially been told to yet.

When I received my positive test I was asked for my movements for the week before my symptoms began, so maybe a week definitely, and then a week previous if you can easily access.

They seemed to ask about contacts I'd had from 9 days before symptoms began

For isolation purposes it's people they were in contact with 48 hours before symptoms started

How long does it take for them to contact people?
My husband hasn't been contacted yet. He worked with the person that tested positive on Friday. They had symptoms on Sunday, the test on Monday and result at 7am Tuesday.
He is still isolating.
