If you still have cold type symptoms are you infectious?

11days after positive test, first few days had headaches and aches, last few days bad head cold and tiredness, never had a temperature or a cough. Still a bit sneezy, nasal congestion but mostly dried up - still infectious? The gov website only says infectious if you have a temperature as the cough and loss of smell takes a while to clear, but nothing about "cold" type symptoms!

my mother (in another country) was told to keep isolating until cold symptoms apart from lingering tickling cough are gone.

Tough one. I would think that any coughing or sneezing could be shedding/spreading any virus that you have, so even if it's just a cold on top of Covid you may want to continue isolating until you're well.

I was wondering about this. I'm due to finish isolating on Thursday but I think I'm going to give it a bit longer, I'd hate to spread it to someone else.
