I had COVID early in October. Yesterday, I had to bring my kid home from the park after 10 minutes because I was too wheezy and exhausted to push him on the swings.
I'm trying to do everything properly - didn't rush back to work, trying to sleep well, eat well, am taking supplements, taking light exercise daily. But I am just fucking knackered some days. I seem to have hit a wall in recovery where progress has just stopped dead. I've never had problems with my chest before and now I'm using an inhaler daily.
Has anyone else been through similar. Did you get better? My GP says they don't count something as 'long COVID' until you've been ill for 3 months so I'm hoping and praying it clears up before that point.
