would you travel to a tier 3 for the gym if you were in tier 2?

pop into the shops while you were there and do christmas shopping?

it is just to do with borders though isnt it?
how annoying.
the gym is in a low area but the whole county is obviously taken into consideration and parts of it are high covid.

I know it's difficult. When I was in tier 3 close to tier 2 I couldn't go for meals, see my parents, go to the shops, and I cancelled a October half term holiday

I do know it's crap but the point is not to spread the virus and that you aren't special
