Now common sense would say that the child (no symptoms) could continue to move between both parents homes whilst self-isolating. (Whether this is sensible or not is another matter)

But is this written down in legislation anywhere?

There are certain exceptions, but only for children with additional needs such as autism or for any child needing medical care.

When dsc bubble burst she just stayed with mum as that's where they were when got the notification. If was here then would isolate here
