Got up really early yesterday, took test before 08:00. Received text to say courier would be with me 12:30-16:30. No show. Waited in especially for this. Sample was refrigerated as instructed. Have now received a text to say courier collecting today from 14:30. I still have the sample in fridge but not sure it will be any good to them now. Tried calling the helpline but they aren't accepting calls. Infuriating.

Hi we did this study. Think it should be OK as in fridge, it said needs processed within 36 hrs I think.

It may take days for the result btw.

Am waiting for a courier for this today as well for DS7. They better turn up after the trauma he went through doing the swab!

I had the same issue, driver came/ knocked then drove away before we could get to the door.

Rang the helpline and left a snotty message on answerphone and wss called back later to say it lasts 7 days in the fridge.

Resorted a delivery via online chat.

The delivery driver did something strange - peeled off labels and then handed it to me to dispose of. I was like 'em thanks'

Ours were collected yesterday about 2pm ( DH and DS did them at 11pm the night before as DS cannot deal with that sort of thing in the morning). According to the link Yodel sent they're still in the depot so haven't been sent to lab yet

Got my results 3 days later - negative
