Gets higher each one you visit. Particularly the more other people there are in them.

The more places you go, the higher the chance of meeting someone who passes it on, but it is a bit like rolling a die. You can roll it 20 times and not roll a six or you could roll it the first time.

The type of shop, layout, numbers of others in there etc will also have a bearing.

The more you go anywhere where other people are the more chance you have of catching it. Wearing a mask, using hand sanitiser and keeping your distance will mitigate this.
